We have one large double room available in our lovely home in central Southsea. We are a young, professional couple looking for a like minded person to share our home with. The house is very quiet during the week as we both working professionals with full time jobs. On the weekends we like to enjoy the Southsea life and hope that you can too! We are both very clean & are looking for someone with this trait also.
The house is newly refurbished with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. We have all the amenities which include full sky TV, Fibre optic broadband, washing machine, dishwasher & all bills including council tax are included.
The room comes furnished or can be unfurnished as we are fairly flexible.
We are also cat friendly!
