3 bedroom house in southsea. We have one double room with a king size bed and drawers and cupboard, The room also comes with TV Ariel to plug straight into TV. Virgin 500 Broadband included. This bedroom would also be cleaned every 6 weeks by the cleaner and you would use the main bathroom.

The house is situated on Milton road, bus routes right outside going straight into Gunwharf and southsea. Fratton train station about a 10 minute walk. Beach is about a 20 min walk or 5 mins in a car. The property is deceiving from the outside.. it’s quite large and spacious with a lovely modern decked garden.

My partner and I are very sociable but also are respectful of the new tenants privacy. We are looking for someone that is sociable and friendly, so if you wanted a drink or bite to eat with us, you would be very welcome.

The house is big enough to have a lodger living here.. it also benefits from two bathrooms, we are mainly using the back bathroom. I am also interested if somebody wanted a Monday to Friday let with a lower weekly rental to pay.
