I’m looking for two new housemates to move in from August as my former housemates are moving on! The house has three double bedrooms, upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen, lounge, lean to, store room, south-facing garden and basement. It is spacious and enough room to enjoy your own space but also socialise. It's in a great location, only 10-15 minute walk from the beach (Eastney side), 15-20 minutes from Fratton Station and 10 minutes from Albert Road.
The house currently has a PhD student (me!) - ideally looking for a young professional who is friendly and social. I’m easy going, chill and looking for someone similar to join, and also active and busy a lot!
Rent is currently £1225 a month (£408 each pcm). Roughly £475 pcm with bills.
