Large sunny room in fully refurbished house is now available for rent, The room has a view over our impressive garden and consists of all necessities such as double bed, chest of drawers and desk with plenty of storage and a mirror. It has been fully redecorated and fitted with new carpet. The property is situated in Central Southsea 15min walk to seafront but also 5 walk from Fratton Rail and bus stops going to University and City Centre. Lidl is just 1 min walk from the house. This property is to share with only 3 busy professionals. We are looking for a tenant in full time employment. This is an exceptionally clean house share and we all contribute to its maintenance on daily basis so that we can all feel great coming back home from long day at work! The house is generally quiet .We also have a weekly cleaner who cleans all communal areas and appliances such as over or dishwasher. We have one bathroom upstairs and a large toilet with sink and mirror downstairs to be shared only with one other. We have recently fitted modern kitchen with smart TV and free Netflix, large dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. This is a private house. There is a months deposit required and rent is paid monthly. All bills including cleaner are included in rent. Current tenants are all between 25 and 32. Two of us are care workers and one works as aviation security officer. We are ideally looking for a single professional without pets or children in similar age.
