3 Doubles in Friendly Student House!

Bedroom 1

Hi there! We have 3 lovely, spacious double rooms, with lots of storage available in our student house. Our current housemates are moving out as they have finished their studies and we are looking for people to take their rooms. We're very open to different types of people so if you're interested shoot me a message :).

Of the 3 rooms available, two are slightly bigger and therefore cost slightly more per month, but all rooms have plenty of storage and double beds. Bedroom 1 has additional wardrobe space that is out of view in the photos and bedroom 3 has an additional wardrobe and chest of drawers that are out of view in the picture too.

We have a shared bathroom with a shower and another separate toilet downstairs. There is also a shared kitchen, living/dining room with a TV, conservatory and garden. The kitchen has a washer and dryer, and there is room for two cars in the drive.

All bills are included except wi-fi, but that is only an extra £4.80 a month each. Couples are welcome but you'd have to be able to rent two of the rooms. Smoking is fine but in the garden preferably.
