A spacious, fully furnished en-suite bedroom with a double bed is available from 10 May.

This room would be ideal for someone who works in Portsmouth during the week and needs a clean, comfortable place to stay while working away from home. It would suit a working professional, contractor, scaffolder, construction worker, Royal Navy worker, or someone in a similar situation who already has a main home elsewhere.

• people who drink alcohol regularly

• someone looking for a party house or a permanent family-style home

• an easy-going, tidy and respectful flatmate
• someone working and paying rent on time
• someone who treats the property with care
• ideally someone who mainly needs the room for work in Portsmouth

There is no shared living room, so this would suit someone who is happy to use the room as their own private space and mainly needs a comfortable base in Portsmouth.

I’m also open to a Monday to Friday arrangement for someone working in Portsmouth during the week and returning home at weekends.
