Hi I'm Sarah. I have a furnished double room available in Central Southsea, ideal for a couple who are professionals or mature students. Bills and council tax included in the rent, except electricity as this depends on usage. Electricity will be split evenly between each person in the apartment.

This is more than just a double bedroom in Southsea. You will have access to an off-street parking space and all of the flat’s amenities. There is also a private shed in the communal garden to store your bicycle(s). Owing to my work commitments, I will not be staying at the apartment every night. Adding all of this up, this is a wonderful “starter apartment” for a couple who want their own personal space, with little interruption from the landlord, and a considerably lower rent than the current rental market!

In addition to the benefits above, the apartment is less than 15 minute walk from Fratton train station, the beach, Portsmouth city centre and Portsmouth University.
