Looking for someone to take up my spare room as my current amazing lodger is moving out due to getting a job in Surrey. Private gated parking as extra option.

Firstly, you must like animals. I have dogs and a cat. It’s just myself and them! Other pets welcomed.

If you’d like solely just the room it’s £850pm. If you’d like the secure gated parking as well it would be £1050pm.
All bills included with both options.

I’m a young professional with a couple of small businesses working from home and tend to just chill in the evenings, with my affectionate pets. Looking for someone who’s clean and respectful, who likes a quiet weekend and perhaps occasionally enjoy a wine together.

The property consists of a front room, kitchen, toilet, and dining room downstairs, and then upstairs is your room, the bathroom, my working room, and my bedroom. Large garden backing onto gated parking. Front forecourt with small gate.

This was a blank canvas when I moved in and it’s slowly turning into a cosy home, let me know if you’d like a viewing! Room comes with a double bed and wardrobe.
