Double Room in the heart of Southsea

Hello,

I'm looking for a lodger for a lovely double room in my 4 bed house in Southsea.

You will only be sharing the house with me,
And my friendly dog.

My house is located just off Elm Grove and only a 15 minute walk to the sea front, 12 minute walk to train station.

The available bedroom is downstairs, close to the kitchen and a big bathroom overlooking the garden. The room comes furnished with a comfy double bed and wardrobe. It also comes with either a small desk and a bookcase shelf.

Shared use of fully equipped kitchen, downstairs bathroom, and small garden with patio table and chairs.

The room is not suitable for couples.

I might be able to consider someone with a dog, depending on the circumstances, as it would have to work with my dog.

On street permit parking.

The room is available from 1th January 2025. Happy to consider short term.

£625 per month (longer term)
£650 per month (shorter term)

All bills included, including.

Deposit - one month's rent.
