Double furnished room in quiet central Southsea

Hi, I’m Emma! I’m looking for an easy-going, clean and tidy person to rent my spare room on a Monday-Fri basis (happy to discuss option of Sunday evening). I like to keep a calm, relaxed home, so I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys a peaceful space to unwind in.

The house is on a quiet road in Southsea, just a few minutes’ walk from Albert Road and all its great cafés, shops, and bars as well as a short walk to the train station.
On street parking is available for a small daily fee.

All bills are included, except for energy, which I ask for a contribution towards during the winter months.

A cleaner comes every two weeks to help keep things fresh and tidy.

I’m happy to offer the room on a short-term basis and can be flexible with dates if needed.

Please note, the photo of the spare room is just to show size and does not include the furniture shown; it will include queen sized iron framed bed and ‘Emma’ mattress, large chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and a chair. There is also a small built in wardrobe - I will update once the room has been refreshed. Happy to discuss.
