The room has a double bed, a triple wardrobe, a bedside cabinet, is fully carpeted with a blind and curtain at the large window. My house is centrally heated, with broadband and the rent includes all bills. You will have shared access to the main bathroom which has a toilet, basin, bath and separate shower. You will have shared access to the kitchen/dining room. You must be a non-smoker (this is non-negotiable) and either a professional or a student who is concentrating on their studies.
