House share available!

Dining room

This is a lovely 2 bedroom house to share with me in Southsea. I have 2 very well behaved and friendly cats.

The large double bedroom is currently unfurnished but has a small built in wardrobe. From the pictures there are a few bits that i need to remove but the room will be empty from 1/11/14. There is also space in the loft and a cupboard under the stares for storage. The landlord is really flexible so if you would like to re-decorate then that would be a possibility.

The rent will be plus normal bills such as gas, water, council tax etc and will be split with me.

The house has a room at the front which i use as a dining room. The kitchen is large with lots of cupboard space.

The house has a small garden which does catch the sun in the summer so its a nice place to sit.

Both neighbours are lovely and the location is great! Just a 20 minute stroll to Albert Road and not too far from Fratton train station.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and friendly.
