The property is in a quiet and safe location with a good neighbourhood community .

I am looking for professional workers, or students and happy to take on 8 week contract BAE Workers it’s a big open house non smoking with a friendly atmosphere , where we can share a large kitchen and separate living room.

You can escape to your own space when needed as the house is very large and spacious there is also an outside space for BBQS and chilling out.

The three storey house has a balcony over looking the park and is in a quiet area of portsmouth, with a 5min walk to a lidl and a new tesco superstore ,there are also two filling stations very close by .

There is an EV charging point outside the house there's also tesco express and a co op close by .

The bus stops are 1-2 minute walk or less and
Fratton train station is 10 min walk, or a 5 min cycle the property is also very close to the end of the eastern rd, so it’s quick access to the motorway if you own a car .

There is also off rd parking as well as plenty of spaces on the street , a rarity in Portsmouth. ,

Down stairs there is an integral garage next to a small bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine , ironing board ,iron...ect.

There is also a self contained bedroom with an on suite shower.
The top floor has a bathroom at the top of the stairs with bedrooms .

There is an extra garage if you need to store anything.
