I am a live in young landlord, all bills are included.
We are looking for a quiet, polite and tidy individual.
You will have your own PRIVATE EN-SUITE BATHROOM and also if one is not enough you will have access to a large luxury shared bathroom with bath/shower with only 1 other person having access to this who is extremely clean.
The room is available from 21st January 2017.
There will be NEW CARPETS being fitted in the room
