En-suite shower room

I have a fully furnished single room for let in Stubbington, Fareham, PO14. Suitable for anyone working in the area. Only suitable for a Mon-Fri let, someone working in the area and returning home for the weekend.

It has its own en-suite (see photos), which includes a shower, toilet and sink. Fresh linen and brand new bedding is provided, if needed. It consists of a single bed, desk, drawers and hook/hangers for work shirts. The room is easily accessed right by the front door. Regular cleaning is included, if needed.

It is fully self sufficient with its own microwave/convection/grill, kettle, toaster, small fridge, crockery, glasses, cutlery. Used items can be collected daily, for putting in dishwasher.

Available from 1st November. Off road parking is a possibility.

Rent is £420 per calendar month for Mon to Fri occupation. All bills are included.

Although we are a family household, it's a generally quiet house. So I'm afraid this isn't suitable for party goers!

Non-smokers only. Free wi-fi is included. Running hot water on demand. Fully heated.

I do have pets but they are not allowed in the room.

Situated in Stubbington, Fareham. Close to an array of shops and takeaways, petrol station and cash machines. Across the road from country fields for walking, short car journey to beach, which is just over a mile away. Easy access to Eaton, NATS and ONS employers.
