This arrangement is ideal for a professional or postgraduate commuter seeking a peaceful "home from home" during the working week. As a resident landlord, I am away for parts of the week, but I return most weekends, at which point the room reverts to my use.

The master bedroom features a comfortable ottoman bed and a built-in wardrobe. As this is a shared home (no locks on internal doors), you will have full use of the communal areas, including a dedicated office space with a built-in desk—perfect for evening study or remote work.
The property features wooden floors throughout, a lounge with a 60-inch TV, a dining room, a conservatory, and a private garden. A wood burner is available (on a 'replace what you burn' basis).

The Arrangement:
• Availability: Monday morning to Friday morning (or Sunday evening by agreement).
• Weekend Use: You are welcome to leave some belongings in the room over the weekend, but the property is for my private use on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Household: I have 2 cats who stay with me when I am on-site. For this reason, no additional pets, please.
• Maintenance: Since I am frequently travelling during the week, I am looking for a respectful lodger who treats the home as their own and is happy to keep things tidy.
