Comfortable light large double room

I have a Large Double room available in a quiet cul-de-sac, lovely outside space, free parking on drive, I am used to sharing as have done so regularly over the years, Last person is relocating in July after more than a 1 year stay.

You have access to broadband, sky, netflix and Prime.

I have all the usual amenities and would regard it as more of a house share as you are welcome and would expect you to treat it as home. I do have a large German Shepherd who is five and very loving so you will need to like Dogs.

I have a heated covered deck if you smoke or just want to sit outside in this rural location with access to Salisbury Plain right on the Door step. It is a great area for Walkers but only a mile from the A303 for great access to wherever you want to go. Grateley train station is 10 mins away

As I have said I have shared regularly, most remain friends, the usual stay is around a year although one came for a few weeks and stayed 8 years.

I am a small business owner so am out working Tuesday-Saturday and quite often on a Sunday.
