Double room with ensuite bath and shower

I have a good sized double room to let with ensuite toilet, bath and shower. Both rooms have a large sash window looking out on to a long south facing garden and meadow. You will be the only person on that floor of the house.
The house is a semi-detached Victorian property in the village where there are shops, pubs and a post office. Titchfield village is within easy access of Fareham railway station and is on several bus routes.
Very close to ONS in Titchfield , NATS in Swanwick ( 10 minute drive,) and Warsash Maritime College.
There is a beautiful walk from the village through the nature reserve to the beach.
The room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair, bedside table, hanging rail, optional book case.
Shared use of kitchen, lounge, dining room, washing machine and garden.
Parking is on the road. I plan to be away for 3 weeks of every month so you will have the house to yourself during that time.
Must be a dog lover as I have 2 small dogs who will be with me when I am in the property.
I am a non smoker and would like a non smoker (Vaping is fine)

My son will occasionally be home from uni for a few days also.
