Hi, I have a beautiful WARM, COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS room available to rent in Totton.
My ideal lodger is a quiet, "house-trained"(!), employed, middle-aged man with good social and communication skills. The cost is £140 per week ALL INCLUSIVE; NO BILLS OR EXTRAS.
The room is ready to be lived in, with a double-bed(and bedding), armchair, table with chairs, LARGE WIDESCREEN TV, hand-basin, a big radiator(GAS CENTRAL HEATING)and all essential furnishings: wardrobe, drawers, coffee table etc.
The kitchen, bathroom and toilets are shared with two other people; to avoid mix-ups EACH PERSON HAS THEIR OWN FRIDGE/FREEZER AND FOOD CUPBOARD. There is also a utility room with a WASHING-MACHINE and TUMBLE-DRYER.
My home actually consists of three cottages converted into one LARGE DETACHED HOUSE so it is VERY SPACIOUS. It is in a pleasant part of Totton, quite close to TESTWOOD LAKES, the A 27 Motorway and major Bus routes. Situated down a private driveway 44 METERES BACK FROM THE MAIN ROAD so there is no traffic noise and SAFE OFF-ROAD PARKING. Property EPC rating is C.
As I have already stressed, this is a QUIET HOUSE, if you are looking for somewhere to party then please do not apply! There is a strict no-smoking rule indoors,(that includes recreational drugs!)
Apologies if my house rules seem a bit strict, but remember the other residents,(myself included),are living by the same code of conduct so you will reap all the benefits of living with polite respectful people!
