Hello, welcome to my home!

I am looking for a house sharer/lodger for my beautiful house in Warsash.

A change of circumstances means I am now looking for someone to rent my spare double bedroom. Fully furnished, with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobes, this is a sunny room on the back of the house. Curtains will be provided!

£750pcm, all bills included. £650 deposit.

You will have use of shared bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen, together with a garden to enjoy in the summer. There is also an office with two desks, so you would have your own. You will also have one space on the double driveway for parking too.

Shared bathroom with separate WC downstairs off the utility room.

No smoking, no children, no couples and no pets please.

I am a chartered professional, looking for an easy going female professional to share with. I typically work from home two days a week, although my schedule does change.

I am clean and tidy and adore my house, and I am looking forward to someone else being able to enjoy it as their home too. Often found either at work, the gym, or out in the countryside, someone like minded would be ideal.
