Hi, I have a furnished double bedroom available from 3 May that will suit a quiet female looking for a calm, relaxing home with guaranteed off-road parking. All bills are included.

The room is modern and light with a small double bed with a comfortable mattress, black out blind, full length mirror and good storage. It's located at the back of the house with a nice garden view. It's for single occupancy only.

I live in a link detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac near Lovedean/Cowplain, a five minute drive from junction 2 of the A3(M). It's a great location for working in the Petersfield/Waterlooville/Havant/Portsmouth/Chichester area.

Short drive to Morrisons supermarket and petrol station. Pubs, Tesco Express, takeaways and post office within walking distance.
