I have a beautifully furnished double bedroom available in my detached four-bedroom home in Widley, conveniently located very close to the QA Hospital and with excellent access to both the M27 and the A3, providing easy links to Portsmouth, Waterlooville and Chichester. The nearest railway station is Cosham.

The room is spacious, bright and thoughtfully furnished to create a comfortable and relaxing environment. It includes a double bed, a large fitted wardrobe with drawers providing excellent storage, a dressing table/desk area and a wall-mounted flat-screen television. There is also a comfortable reclining chair and seating area, making it a lovely private space to relax after a long day.

I have my own ensuite, so the large family bathroom is shared between the two guest bedrooms only. The fourth bedroom is used as my office.

All bills are included in the rent, including broadband. Parking is available in our quiet cul-de-sac.

A little about me – I enjoy going to the gym, reading and travelling. I am very proud of my home and keep it clean, comfortable and welcoming.

I am looking for a trustworthy, tidy professional who will treat my home with the same respect.

This is a non-smoking house and unfortunately pets are not permitted.
