The house has a quiet south facing garden and a garage. Driveway parking is available with Room 1 with street parking for Room 2. The outside road is quiet with no through roads.

Room 1 is currently taken, Mustafa has lived at the house since July 2014.

Room 2 is available from Saturday, 31st January 2015 as my current lodger is moving out after living at the house since September 2014. The room is furnished with bed, mattress, pillows, single set of bed linen, wardrobe, bedside drawers, set of drawers, wall hanging mirror and curtains.

Bills and Broadband are included. There is Sky TV in the lounge. Single professionals wanted with no Pets in non-smoking house.
