Room Available Beautiful Home Large Garden

Room can be offered furnished or unfurnished. White wardrobe won't be in the room, built in wardrobes in the room offer plenty of storage! Double or single bed would fit but single is advised.
If a bed is required I am happy to buy one!
Room is bigger in person but there is also plenty of room in the front room and kitchen for relaxing.

Shared bathroom but only with one other person (me).

I am a 23 year old professional living here at the moment and am looking for a female around my age to occupy the current spare room. The house has a large garden, front room and kitchen. The bathroom has both a bath and shower cubicle.

I am really busy throughout the week so I enjoy relaxing on the weekends (being lazy)!

Well trained pets will be considered :) there is a forest opposite which is great for walks!
