This is a four bedroom property which I reside in as Landlord. I am looking for a housemate. You would be the only other occupant. I am a young professional working in the Southampton area.

You will get the following:

-Use of own double bedroom fully furnished.
-Use of a second room furnished as lounge/diner/study for your own use (Storage - no TV point),
-Use of own bathroom.
-Shared use of kitchen & garden.
-Gas, electric, Council Tax, TV licence and broadband included. No phone line.

I am happy to accept couples, but there would be an additional £50 charge (total £625 per month) to reflect increased utilities.

Pets

-No cats or dogs.
-Small animals can be discussed.

Parking

-There is plenty of road parking and spaces near the property.
-Use of the drive can be discussed, but is primarily used by the landlord.
