Lodger for Studio/annex to let

I'm looking for a professional person to move into my self contained studio/annex...... It has its own front door kitchen/lounge area and its own bathroom and sleeping loft although it is still attached to the main house so only really suited to someone who doesn’t start their day till after 7am as they will wake the rest of the house, All bills are included except electric ( very small bill) I would consider letting on a Monday to Friday basis if preferred at £465 pcm
We are an easy going household with good sense of humour looking for likeminded lodger.
I have let this studio out continuously over the past six years and as a result made many new friends all over the country
The parking is in the street and not off road
Let on a single occupancy basis only
