We are a married couple, working professional shift workers, no children but one adorable but sometimes naughty labradoodle puppy...You must be a dog lover!

Lodger will have property to self quite a bit evenings and weekends whilst we are at work as well as during the day. I work part time .

The room is situated in a 100 yr old cottage in Whitehill in a non estate location opposite popular Hogmoor Enclosure and is approx 14 x 9 with beamed ceilings and fully fitted wardrobes with adjacent own large newly decorated bathroom with toilet, shower and bath.

Looking for single clean and tidy responsible professional person. location is 25 mins from Guildford or 60 mins to London via A3.
25 mins to Portsmouth. Plenty of supermarkets nearby but also rural areas.

There are two off road parking spaces and one on road.

kitchen, Spacious comfortable conservatory with tv and use of large rear landscaped garden.

It is essential that someone who shares our home is comfortable around dogs and doesn't mind keeping him company if they are at home and we are working.
