Small double room available in a clean and tidy coach house in a quiet cul-de sac in Whiteley

The room is small but does fit a double bed it is partly furnished with a wardrobe, bed side chest of drawers and curtains; you will need a bed.

Includes all bills; fast broadband, sky, BT Sport, Netflix etc. on TV in living room. Kitchen has washing machine and there is a tumble dryer.

My bedroom has an en-suite so although the bathroom won’t be yours as such there will be no waiting around to get a shower or use the bathroom in the morning.

There is a gym downs stairs in the garage which you would be welcome to use (as long as you do so safely!)

The property is located 10 mins walk from Swanwick Station, 20 minute walk from Whiteley shopping centre & Business park and easy access to the M27.

There is plenty of parking available right next to the property.

Looking for someone 18-35 who is ideally a professional and will treat the property with respect, I like to keep things clean and tidy. No couples and any guests can stay max two non-consecutive nights a week which is something i will also respect.

£350 a month or £270 if just Mon-Fri.
