We are looking for an easy going individual to share our home in Whiteley the accommodation. A double room with a single bed with storage, windows to the side of the house overlooking a wooded copse. Room size is a generous 11, 6 ft 9 ft with, integral wardrobe, single bed(ottoman style) , separate drawer storage Desk ( for home working)and comfortable seating in the room, really a home from home. BT fibre broadband is also present for general use. Shared lounge 19ft x 13ft with BT TV Smart, a large family kitchen and dining room.
The main bathroom is shared by you and one other so timetabling for the loo isn't an issue with a downstairs cloakroom available also. Our garden /patio is there to chill with the summer months still looking positive!
Access to a Multi gym and other equipment is also available for those of a more enthusiastic disposition
Parking isn't an issue here and it is in easy walk of Swanwick station for the train about 20 mins. Tesco/ Lidl and the new Whiteley village with a range of shops, coffee shops galore and restaurants is an easy 10 mins amble away.
We are all of a light hearted nature easy going and generally enjoying the friendly atmosphere within the home.
