Looking for room mate 😬

I am a professional looking for someone kind, friendly, understanding and respectful person to share a flat with. It’s 4-5minutes walk from the hospital so would be ideal for hospital staff where I’m also currently based at.

Most days I’m at work. My shift patterns are odd so I might be leaving or arriving at the house in middle of night. Please don’t be alarmed! And at weekends or long off days I’m usually away at my family’s or friends so flat is usually empty. If you are someone who enjoys privacy and some space as well, it’s the place for you.

All the bills are included. Including council tax, gas/electricity, water and broadband. The room will be empty on arrival. Since I believe you would like to decor your room in your own personal style. And also it would be a hassle for me to clear after you if you were to leave early, or abruptly for any reason. There is an allocated parking space, which you can use as I STILL don’t drive.

Visitors are allowed to stay overnight. But not more than 2nights in a week/ at a time. Please be mindful of the property and of fair usage of utilities.
