1 or 2 bedrooms and a 5-piece bathroom for rent

Our family home in Badgers Farm consists of 6 bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, office, 3 bathrooms and a guest WC. We are a professional couple and a 13 year old girl.
Our Loft includes 2 double bedrooms and a 5-piece bathroom. We would like to rent out one or both rooms to 1 or 2 people. As we have a young child, we are not comfortable with renting to couples or families. Loft bathroom is for renters' use only. One individual can rent out both and use one room as a living room as well. In this case, the top floor can be given for £950.
Our daughter and I are vegetarian, and my husband eats fish. We would prefer if meat is not cooked in the house.
Currently there is a double bed and a desk in the loft. There is more furniture downstairs that can be moved up as needed.

We can provide 1 parking space in the drive way if necessary. Excellent bus route, 15-20 minute walk to Winchester city centre.
Utilities included (kitchen, garden, and laundry are shared facilities).
References and 1-month deposit required.
