Lovely room in a house in the heart of Winchester

GORGEOUS DOUBLE ROOM (11FT10inches x 10ft11inches) available in the beautiful and timeless city of Winchester on a sub-let basis.  

The room is in a three storey house in Winchester a short walk to the Winchester Leisure Centre, the City Centre or the tranquillity of the River Itchen. Built in cupboards and storage under the bed.

The property is furnished with a double bed and new mattress available for the right person.  Ultimately I am looking for a young professional who needs a room to rent in Winchester either on a full time basis. Other requirements can be discussed.

I am a professional working in construction who likes a quiet life at home with his two cats.  One of the requirements is that you like cats and other pets will not be allowed. The property is fully furnished as seen if you come and view with a galley kitchen, dining room, living room on the first floor.  Double bedroom (for rent), single bedroom (unoccupied) and a bathroom with a shower and a bath on the first floor with a hallway connecting.  Upstairs, a loft conversion with bedroom and an ensuite shower / toilet.  The main bathroom will be shared.  There are open fireplaces in the living room and dining room. I  have been here just over 3 years and love it here. 

Looking for someone who a) Loves cats!, b) Loves Winchester and our house, c) wants to live in a shared house but is respectful and considerate and d) Someone who shares the workload and the responsibilities with their housemate and is tidy.  

My prerequisites would be to meet you and have an honest conversation about what you enjoy, what you want from your life and what your circumstances are.  Feel free to message me and we can arrange a viewing.  The bills included is limited to a gas/ electric bill not exceeding £100 per calendar month.  Any extra will need to be paid by the tenant on top of the rent. WIFI IS ALSO INCLUDED.
