I'm moving out of a lovely central 2 bed flat and am looking for someone to take over the tenancy. Double room with ensuite, large living area, with a private parking space available for no additional charge.

The room comes fully furnished (including crockery and kitchen equipment) with a double bed with storage beneath, a bedside table, a chest of draws and a clothes rail. It is at the back of the property overlooking another apartment block, so is very quiet and off the main road. The two bedrooms are also at opposite ends of the flat, so there is no noise bleed through the walls.

This first floor flat is spacious and sunny with windows on all sides. The flat has a spacious kitchen, open-plan dining and living area with ample room for a desk if you work from home. It takes 2 minutes to walk into town and is 4 minutes from Winchester Station. There is a private parking space and a bike shed for storage. The current tenant doesn't have a car. Having a private parking space in such a central area is a rarity!

Current flatmate is a young professional, an art teacher who is very sociable and active in Winchester. Women tenants preferred.
