This Large double room has high ceilings and with its large sash window the room is filled with plenty of light, and with fireplace feature it makes for a lovely cosy space. There is availability to have a mounted TV with your own cable if you choose.
It is furnished with wardrobes, a dresser drawers , double bed (bedding if you need it) and side tables

The cosy living room offers plenty of seating and large wall mounted smart TV. The dining room is spacious and has nice comfy dining chairs and a large wooden dining table, and again, another mounted TV. The large newly fully fitted kitchen has a long breakfast bar with seating, which also makes for a nice place to sit with your laptop. The kitchen is equipped with two fridges, dishwasher and washer/dryer. If you like cooking then I think we have every cooking utensil, from blenders, Nutri-bullet juicers, pots, pans, and of course all plates etc,. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker, -ALL THE kitchen equipment you'll need!
There are french doors leading from the kitchen to a lovely terraced garden with lots of outside comfy seating in different areas, plus two super comfy chaise-lounge for those lovely sunny days when you want to lay out and enjoy the sunshine.
This garden is great for just lazing around in the sun, which it gets all day! New BBQ. Solar lighting all over, two fireplaces, and is a large Parasol with LED lighting if you want to hide out in the shade

All bills are included. I provide all the hand soaps, dishwasher soaps and toilet rolls. Bedding and towels are also included should you need them.

The house is within easy walking distance to the city centre (5 mins), train station (10 -12 mins) and all the great pubs, cafes and shopping. Great access to all the local bike trails and walks. And easy access to the M3. And the Black Boy Pub is right on your door step!!
