My name is Steve and I am a live in land lord. I’m a self employed tree surgeon and landscaper The room is a double room approx 4m x 3.2m. Comes furnished with a bed, bedside tables and large floor to ceiling sliding wardrobes that are 3m wide in total so loads of wardrobe space. We share living room and kitchen etc obviously. The house has just been extended and fully renovated less than 3 years ago. 3 bathrooms between 4 people but one of those is my en suite room. virgin WiFi and tv. We are in Stanmore about half hour walk or ten min bus from city centre. We have a three legged cat called peggy who is very friendly so must like cats. There is street parking which is free no permit required.
Its a 4 bed house currently with 3 girls and a guy. Would suit either male or female professional, it’s a calm quiet friendly house. We have a large garden with patio space and despite being a 4 bed house feels very spacious and not on top of each other. any questions please ask.
