Large Single room to let in 3 bed family house.

Large single room (currently has a single bed but big enough to take a double bed). Easy travel to town centre (approx 10 mins by bus or 3 minute drive). Very close to Mayfield Park for good walks. Off road parking. All bills and super fast broadband included!

Kitchen has all the usual appliances including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and 2 x Fridge Freezers.

We have 2 children (in primary school) who are not generally loud but they are children and do like to play in the garden during the summer and indoors in the winter.

Despite my partner and I no longer being the party people we used to be, we still like to entertain with the odd dinner party etc and consider ourselves a sociable couple.

We are looking to share our home
(room, kitchen, bathroom, WC , dining room, driveway and garden to be precise) with someone who is happy sharing with a nice, normal dysfunctional family!

Please be aware....Due to me working away from time to time we would prefer a female. This room is for A SINGLE PROFESSIONAL OR STUDENT ONLY. NO COUPLES.
