I have an ensuite studio to let in Woolston that would suit a reliable professional looking for somewhere quiet to let.

The studio is freshly decorated and comprises of two rooms and a modern en-suite. The rooms have plenty of natural light, are in good condition and are ready to move in straightaway.

The studio is part-furnished with wardrobe and floating TV stand. The studio is in good condition and has a brand new carpet to the living room. The en-suite is tiled, has modern high quality fittings and is in good condition.

I am looking for a reliable professional that would be out during the day. Ideally someone friendly and easy-going would be a plus. The kitchen is shared with myself and it is my intention to let out two further rooms in due course as renovation works progress.
