We have a fully furnished double room to rent in Centenary Quay in Woolston, over looking the River Itchen with views into Ocean Village Marina. It's a 10 min journey by bus into Southampton or 20 mins walking. Woolston train station also has regular services to Southampton and Portsmouth. Centenary Quay has recently undergone even more development and there is now a Mettricks café restaurant and bar, as well as two new restaurants and a Lidl supermarket. It is in walking distance to shops on Woolston high street and there is a bus stop directly outside the building.

The room comes with double bed with storage underneath, bedding, wardrobe with drawers, bedside table with drawers, set of shelves and lamp (as per pictures).

The property has 2 bathrooms so you would be able to use one for yourself most of the time. Kitchen and living area is communal and has Sky TV and broadband. I like to keep it nice and clean so that it is homely and nice to come back to after a day at work.

We both work in sailing events management and often travel for work. We like outdoor activities and also eating good food! After work we are normally at the gym, playing hockey or football, or cooking food with a glass of wine!

£550pcm includes energy and water bills, internet, Sky TV, council tax etc. We have free allocated parking underneath the flat and also secure bike storage.
