Single Box room in family home

This room is my 3rd bedroom - a single box room (only taking a single bed). The photograph was taken with a wide angled lens so makes room look bigger than it is-I say this so as not to afford disappointment in viewing,

Fresh and clean. The wardrobe for this occupant is on the landing. The is some attic space for personal storage.

This is a quiet close with plenty of parking bays.

Good local amenities, Easy access to buses and a short bus/cycle run to Blackwater Railway Station.

We share the whole house together and try and respect each other's needs. We work long hours, so no late night 'party animals' need apply. The only rooms out of bounds are each other's bedrooms. Own fridge but share deep freeze with one other lodger. Washing machine in utility room off kitchen. Own store cupboard in kitchen.

TV in living room, Virgin broadband but no use of landline in package.
