The house is situated in Bartestree; about 3.5 miles east of Hereford City Centre. I am very central to the village, about a 1 minute walk to the bus stop with regular and reliable bus services to/ from Hereford & Ledbury. Approximately a 3 minute walk to the village pub & 5 minute walk from a village shop, fish & chip shop & hair dressers.

This isn’t a big commercial House of Multiple Occupancy set up, it’s just me in my home. So I want someone to feel very much at home but I also respect boundaries and the need for both of our space.

I am 30, a working professional, enjoy walking and reading. I do have a small energetic terrier. She is well behaved but excitable (as are all terriers!)

This would suit a professional lady who wants a calm home to come back to. If someone only wanted it a few nights a week such as Monday-Thursday a reduction in rent would be agreed.

Reference from a previous landlord is essential & DBS preferred. I unfortunately will not accept housing benefits I am sorry.
