Family home safe secure small holding stables

We are letting out two of our rooms to students we live quiet country lane plenty room on the drive to parking, one double bed room with shower toilet separate entrance through patio door, second room in home with shared shower bathroom toilet, with the use of open plan kitchen living area I have a 20yr old son that works away and a 9yr old son we have a little jack Russell, chickens, Geese, we have land and stables sheds, patio, outside kitchen, I work from home in stable doing upholstery we are a big rugby family with games every weekend, perfect family home for agriculture student.
