I’ve built this 190 m2 house with my family and would love to find decent lodgers to share with. Having been a lodger myself for many years I’m good at sharing.

One of the rooms has a balcony over looking hills.
Cat5 Ethernet cables in each room, internet runs at a speed of about 50. Smart TV’s in kitchen and lounge.
A lovely off road walk from the property across farmland to a pretty part of the Wye.

The house has a utility with freezer, washing machine, air fryer, sink.
The house being new is beautiful so house mates need to be flexible and respectful of the property and happy to clean and tidy for themselves. Very important to recycle and switch off lights etc when not in use.
