This is a large, ground floor, self contained room close to the city centre with dedicated private off road parking.
Very close to Sainsbury's supermarket.
The room is furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers all the facilities you would hope to see.
Double glazing and underfloor heating.
There is a high quality wet room dedicated for guest's use (other occupants have en-suite facilities), which has a toilet, wash basin, heated and illuminated mirror and large "walk in" rainfall drenching shower; this is just along the hall from the room.
In the room is a single pine bed with memory foam mattress (if it's a deal breaker, a double bed could be provided, but the room would lose a lot of the wonderful space that it currently enjoys!), wardrobe, sofa, coffee table, dining table and chair, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, TV with Now TV box, hairdryer, mirror, crockery and cutlery.
I live in the house with my son and am looking for a reliable long term lodger. Use of washing machine and kitchen by arrangement. The room and bathroom really are equipped to a high standard.
We have two dogs who are kept in a separate part of the house.
