Generous Double Room

THE HOUSE:
My house is a three bedroom semi detached property in a quiet cul-de-sac, in very close vicinity to the County Hospital, 6th Form College and the centre of Hereford itself (all within easy walking distance). The room I have available is a generous double, which is furnished as per the photos. I have my own en-suite so aside from occasional use from any guests, the main bathroom would be available for primary use. There is a large lounge and with a separate open plan kitchen/dining space, again both spaces available for use. I do use the drive to park, but there is plenty of space to park in the cul-de-sac. I have a lovely garden which is very private and has a large patio area with a table, chairs etc and a greenhouse. The monthly rent will be inclusive of all bills, including broadband.

ABOUT ME:
I will be a live in landlord am looking for one lodger. Whilst happy to socialise and enjoy another persons company, I do also like a level of tranquility in the house, hence my preference for a professional (rather than a party animal) to share my home. I work from home three days of the week, with the single bedroom being used to house my home office. I do also help with my two family dogs, they tend to spend two days of the week here with me. As I have family and friends that are spread around, I do spend frequent weekends away visiting as well as some weekends at home.
