Double Room w/ En Suite in 2-Bed House

Double room with en suite in a 2-bed house, situated close to the centre of Hereford. Shared living room, kitchen and garden.

Room is fairly priced with accomodation, bills, broadband and council tax covered for £130pw (~£550pcm). Would be happy to offer a Mon-Fri arrangement for £100pw (~£425pcm). On street parking available if needed.

The room will almost certainly need another piece of storage furniture (e. g. chest of drawers), but I'm happy for the occupant to decide on / pick out something that suits their needs, which I'll gladly pay for myself.

Working full-time as a university teacher in Hereford, mostly teaching maths for engineers. Preferably looking to live with another young professional like myself. I have basic standards when it comes to cleanliness but I'm not fussy either.

I'm personally quite outgoing and laid back. I like going wild swimming, cycling, climbing, and have just started playing hockey. Must admit I'm more introverted than extraverted, but don't mind the odd trip to the pub!
