Girls house on North side 🏡

Double room available for rent to females Only. The house is situated on a quiet modern estate on the North side of town. Just off The Grandstand Road.
The room is suitable for a lady wanting to stay part-time or full board is available by negotiation.
It has two under the bed storage drawers and a door hook for hanging. A large 3 drawer side table, plus another side table with three drawers (Please note there is NO wardrobe ) Ideally it would be a clean bolt hole for someone working long hours and a quiet place to sleep.
A tablet is supplied to watch unlimited Netflix but the whole house is for your leisure and a telly is in the lounge.
The shower room is shared and has space for your towels.
Short term let are welcome at a minimum of three nights. Open to ideas. Mon-Fri doesn't have to be fixed, just looking for ideally four night stays. Price quoted above is for four nights, five days.
All bills included and fluffy towels and bathroom robe, hair dryer can be included if people want it as semi perminant work stay. The price also includes tea/coffee sugar and toilet rolls, etc.

unless it's Netflix )
* There is plenty of Free Parking behind house.
* N. B please note I have a dog but do not accept pets.
