Hello! I have this self-contained, fully furnished annexe lodging available to rent. The annexe adjoins the main house but has a separate entrance. It would suit a student or young professional.

The annexe is ground floor opening out directly on to a large patio and garden. Entrance through the garden double doors directly into a spacious bedroom containing a small double bed, writing desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, and en-suite shower room.

To the rear is a fully kitted kitchen with cooker (grill, oven, hob), microwave, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, kettle, and toaster. There is a basic set of cutlery., crockery, and cooking apparatus available.

The rent includes all utilities (water, heating oil, internet) and electricity standing charges. The annexe is separately metered so electricity usage will be charged separately on top of the rent.

The house/annexe is in the centre of Lea village. Lea is a lovely village with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There is a fantastic village shop, the pub will be re-opening soon, and there are regular bus links to Ross, Hereford, Gloucester, and Cinderford.

Pets considered.

I own and live in the house that the annexe is attached to so you'll see me around regularly, so a little about me: I'm 32, a civil engineer and in my spare time I'm a horse rider, first aider at events, or working on improving the house! I'm easy going and friendly so hopefully we'd have a sociable interaction.
