Preference for cooking on induction hob over gas.

Use of kitchen plates, pots, pans, cutlery etc.

Household consumables such as cleaning materials etc. split between us.

Under 25 years of age may be considered. It's a question of fitting in rather than age.

Gated rear yard, secured for bicycle safety.

On frequent bus route, two minutes walk
Foot and cycle ways 50 metres, get you to town without sniffing fumes.
