Half a house in rural location

I have what is best described as half a house available on a flexible arrangement that is less of a “tenancy” deal and more of a part-time home help requirement with the bonus of generous accommodation where payment would be modest. This is in return for a few hours a month help around the house, with my chickens and assistance with my easy to maintain garden. This is an old, rural and rather shabby farmhouse with plenty of space, inside and out, in a quiet location but with good access to Hereford, Kington, Leominster and further afield. The bedroom that’s available is part furnished, has its own bathroom, a decent landing with fridge and is accessed via a separate staircase for complete independence. There is full use of a rarely used sitting room which is set up with its own Sky multi-room (I tend to live in the kitchen). There is also office space (which very occasionally doubles up as a spare room), so this might suit someone looking for a peaceful working environment. The only shared area is the kitchen which has an Aga (as well as a standard cooker) plus the normal mod cons, and the entire house is on a good wireless network with unlimited fibre broadband.

That’s the good bit! The reason I’m offering this accommodation arrangement is because I am no longer as mobile nor as healthy as I would like to be. This means I need some help with a few general chores, outside jobs, plus assistance with bits and pieces about the place — all on a part-time, flexible basis. I work from home and ideally am looking for a reasonably quiet and considerate sharer. The rent (shown here only as a rough guide) would be commensurate with the amount of help available but would be significantly less than a standard “house share” arrangement.
