Room to rent, close to city centre

I am looking for a new flat mate to move in with me in my top floor apartment on Ryelands Street. The flat is only a 15 minute walk into Hereford City Centre and there is Aldi & Sainsburys only a 5 minute walk away.

As an introduction to me, I am a full-time Photographer. I am a non-smoker, the flat will be pet free, I’m relaxed, outgoing and sociable. I work Thursday-Saturday in different nightclubs so am coming home late at night up to 3:00am. I am very quiet when I come in but it's just worth mentioning.

The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, desk & chair. There is a triple built-in wardrobe in the room, space for both hanging and folded items of clothing. There is a lock on the door for extra security.

You would have main use of the bathroom which is just down the hallway as I have an en suite in my room. You will also have full use of the kitchen and appliances. I have plates, cutlery and mugs to share, so you'd just need pots & pans etc.

Within the flat, it's very 'smart' for the convenience of everyone and there is fast fibre WiFi installed. There are Phillips Hue bulbs installed everywhere so you can switch lights on and off with your phone. There are motion sensors in the hallway which automatically turn on the lights.

There is also Hive smart heating, so you can easily control the heating with your phone wherever you are. Each radiator can be independently controlled so you can heat different rooms to your desired temperature.

All the smart tech is very simple to use either on your phone or talking to Alexa, I'd show you everything you'd need to know to use it all!

My ideal roommate would be clean, tidy and just overall friendly! Preferably, I'll be looking for somebody who will live here Monday-Friday however full-time living wouldn't be an issue. If you were looking at staying full time the monthly rent would be £600.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a specific car parking space, however there is on street parking outside on Ryelands street from 5pm - 9am and then plenty of parking a 30 second walk away on Whitecross road or Baysham street. You can also purchase a permit for Ryelands street for cheap.
